“This playlist is perfect to break you into a session, starting reasonably slow and chill but with a good vibe to get you in the mood ramping up slightly to a faster and more flowy sort of feel to really get you cruising and finishing with a bang for you to get the bangers out 🤙🏻🛹”

“Endless Summer” conjures up a lot of different imagery in the mind’s eye. Perhaps a warm breeze running through the house while the cat lounges around? Late nights in the park with pals as the sun sets over the trees? Or maybe it’s sitting in the kitchen with an ice cold negroni? Kick back, keep it cool and enjoy the ride.”

DAUGHTERS OF FRANK

Did somebody ask for a sunny soundtrack for the long weekend? We got you, courtesy of our homies and Rinse FM residents, Daughters of Frank.

Lily and Ruby jus got back from Ibiza, took out our summer supplies and came back with this beautiful mix. An hour of beats, jazz, electronics, blissed out weirdness and rounded out with a beaut tune from themselves.

Enjoy and have a gd one.

During my first sk8 years my friends & I were spending a lot of time sitting on our boards, talking about music.

Beastie Boys were releasing “Ill Communication”, which made everyone agree, whether you were more into punk, hardcore, rap or even techno.

Thanks to Beastie Boys and the chats we had with the crew, I could dig into their influences and step by step discovered Led Zep, Black Sabbath, Run DMC... and ATCQ who became my fave band. “Ill Communication” is the foundation of my musical taste & culture.

I’ve met my bro Liam thanks to the Music and now we’re connected through skateboard, mega. The circle is complete. Talking about circle, when Liam asked me if I’d like to share music on his site, I thought about loops. Like a wheel that never stop rolling. Or a trick you try to achieve again, and again.

So here is “Have a gd loop – part 1” a mix & edit of tracks that I love as much as the ones that were created using them later on. Songs that were sampled by MF Doom, Madlib, ATCQ, Prodigy, Beastie Boys… to name a few. Have a gd one!

Yo, thanks for coming to check out what we’re doing. I was thinking it’d be cool to drop some mixes here and there from people we like, playing music that’s good to skate or trip to. But I figured I couldn’t really ask them to make the effort without having done one myself.

So here it is. The first HAVE A GD TRIP mix.

It’s pretty slow in places so might not be ideal for skating but it definitely is for how I skate. More chilling I guess.

Anyway, hope you enjoy. Have a gd one.
